Honorary alumnus and co-founder of Texas Instruments Cecil Green purchases Yorkeen mansion and donates it to UBC. The mansion, which is renamed Cecil Green Park House, is the home of the Alumni Association until 2015, when operations move to the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre.
