Creation of UBC Vantage College

August 2014 marked the first intake of students into the Vantage One program at UBC Vantage College. The program was created to embrace international students with strong academic ability, requiring additional English language support. Students complete credit courses integrated with Academic English instruction. The program supports UBC’s priorities of diversity, multiculturalism and internationalization. UBC Vantage College will move to a new sustainable live, work, learn space in fall 2016.
