Falling in love with Vancouver

I visited Vancouver with my family in 2008, I was only there for a few days but I knew I had to come back. Two years later, a university study abroad programme seemed like the perfect opportunity. When they signed the papers with UBC on the day I applied, I knew it was fate.

My semester at UBC was memorable from so many different perspectives. I learnt so much, including a love for Canadian cinema but I also made lasting friendships that have paved the way to return to the city I love.
