The afternoon begins with a celebration of the graduating class of UBC’s new Asian Canadian and Asian Migration Studies program with keynote speaker Elder Larry Grant, followed by a community reception. At 4:00pm, we will showcase a new series of videos on the history of Asian Canadian alumni at UBC followed by a special intergenerational conversation with former Chancellor Dr. Robert H. Lee.

3:30pm-4:00pm:    Reception & Photo Opportunity
4:00pm-6:00pm:    Event #2: An Intergenerational Conversation with Dr. Robert H. Lee, UBC Alumni and former UBC Chancellor, and screening* of vignettes from the ACAM Centennial Alumni Project: Retelling UBC’s History from an Asian Canadian Lens.

*Note that the screening will happen from 4:00 to 5:00
