Mind the Gap: UCLA Urban Planning students learn from Vancouver
I am a UBC Economics alum, and have found myself pursuing a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California at Los Angeles. Never did I expect to find such a strong Vancouver presence here in LA, or a UCLA contingency in Vancouver. I want to encourage comparative and collaborative work between the two sister cities, by traveling to Vancouver with a group of students to share the work that we are doing in LA, and to learn from the successes of Metro Vancouver.
