Short History

Employed by the Ministry of Attorney General, B. C. for 35 years. On retirement volunteered with the U. N. and spent several months in Somalia in 1994, followed by several months in Indonesia in 1999 and, two years later, several months in Timor-Leste. Subsequently have been to Ukraine twice monitoring their elections.
