Now a GP on Van Island, I studied Integrative Science before med school at UBC. I was quite involved on campus through research work, Science 101, SciTeam, intramural hockey, etc. Now, I'm a Clinical Instructor with the Fac of Med and have started 'Less is More Medicine.' It's a campaign advocating for the right amount of medicine, focusing on patient-centred, evidence-informed health care. The aim: to help patients get the care they need while avoiding unnecessary/harmful tests & treatments.
