Bio for Edward R. (Ted) Howe, PhD
Edward Howe is an Assistant Professor of Curriculum Studies in the School of Education at Thompson Rivers University. He obtained his MA in Educational Studies (Sociology) from UBC and PhD in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning (Comparative and International Education) from OISE/UT. Dr. Howe’s main research interests are teacher education and comparative and international education, with a focus on East Asia. Prior to joining TRU, he worked at a national university in Japan.
