A CHANCE OF A LIFETIME

Well the opportunity knocks and it is up to me to answer. I was informed about NITEP in 1978. I reluctantly applied. I was a woman with low self-esteem and it took me years to actually embrace the fact that I really had it in me to succeed at this institute of higher learning. I attended of and on for a few years. I finally decided in 1989 to re-enter the program. I was focussed and determined. It changed my life. I graduated in 1992. I've taught since.Changing the world 1 child @ a time.
