One Nurse's Story

Initially a Transplant Nurse for several years both in Alberta and British Columbia for several years, then continuing on to Community Health Nursing for over a decade in the Lower Mainland, providing primary care to patients and families, with a variety of diagnosis, including acute care, palliative care and a multitude of complex illnesses along the health / illness continuum. Active in discharge planning and coordination of care between the hospital and home. Certified in various specialties
