Night shift at UBC Computing Centre
In 1963 I was an operator in the Computing Centre, top floor of the Civil Engineering building. After all the jobs in the "in tray" were run (they were submitted as punch cards), I had unlimited access to the computer to process my programs. Access to computing led me to working at IBM and subsequently an MS degree in Computer Science at Stanford University. Then setup an Information Technology company, Tetrad Computer Applications Inc. that I ran for the next 46 years.
