Gronk and the Christmas Concert

My favourite memories are of two events in the early '70s: Gronk!, the famous no-holds-barred (no bars held?) party in the band room that one year featured 16 pianos 32 hands playing Bartok (IIRC); and the fabulous Christmas concerts led by Cortland Hultberg (whom I addressed as "The Incredible Hult"). They always included his arrangement of carols incorporating the Rite of Spring (played by brass ensemble from "the elephant loft") and The 12 Days of Christmas with the best musical jokes *ever*.
