My lucky Australian Adventure

I left Vancouver at the end of 1968 after completing my Teacher Training at UBC. I met my future husband on the P&O ship, Orcades. I was married in Vancouver in 1970. We returned to Australia again by ship. I taught Mathematics in Sydney and Melbourne and retired in 2003 after 19 years at Mentone Girls' Grammar School. Ross and I have retired to the coast 1 hour from Melbourne. We have 2 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. I loved my time at UBC.
