Tuum Est

My story is my experience at UBC. As an international student, it began with the Jump Start program. That's where I was first introduced to the notion that "it's up to you". These words not only shaped my time at UBC but changed me as a person. I got involved with my engineering faculty and I was a student leader to my UBC community. I learned to embrace diversity and strive for sustainability. Today, I am a global citizen. The world is a minefield of challenges but when in doubt: tuum est.
