Second home

My experience in UBC made me feel like I was really at home, eventhough I was actually 7,000 km away from my country. I spent 5 wonderful years in Vancouver and I got to built my family there, along with my wife. UBC gave me the tools to compete in a globalized world and overcome any challenge I face. Now I am a professor in Merida, Mexico and I feel proud to be a UBC alumni. My dream is to go back to Vancouver every once in a while to remember those wonderful years and live a few more there!
