Middle Aged Mum Graduates

Daughter of a coal Miner in a village of 2000 people in Scotland First one of my 3 sisters to graduate from a university Immigrated to Canada in 1986 Age 51yr when I recieved my BSN. So proud to receive my degree , among so many young bright people in the auditorium My husband and two sons in the audience Loved throwing my cap in the air after graduating Very proud to be part of the UBC family Happy to continue with my " life long learning" Thank you UBC!
