It's Never Too Late

With a BN from UNB, I entered UBC in 1972. I knew I needed a Master’s to attain my dream of teaching nursing, but I couldn’t continue commuting from Squamish while working and raising a family. Finally, in 1990, reassured that it was “never too late,” I returned to UBC & graduated in 1992 with a Master’s in Adult Education. I retired from the UVic Nursing Faculty in 2008. In 2017 I published my first book – “Positively Canadian…” proving once again that “It’s never too late!” Thanks UBC!
