Our Memorable Time at UBC

My wife and I and our two children lived in Melfa Court from 1969 to 1972. Those three years were the most memorable of our lives. We were very poor and yet had wonderful experiences as a family. Sundays at Spanish Banks, clamming with Melfa friends, $2.00 meals in China Town, shopping for groceries on 10th Ave, biking in the rain. For me curling with the Agriculture Crew and all the people in the Botany Department. In 2014 we visited and found our wonderful little home in Melfa Court was gone.
