A Year In UBC

possibly the most impactful class I took in UBC was psychology the study of family theory. It helped me understanding other human beings more by understanding their family background. It was a key ingredient to the success of our family business growing from 20 employees to 600 in 10 years because we learned how to listen and loved them for who they are.
