Coming Home

After completing science degrees at UBC (B.Sc.) and Nottingham Trent, UK (M.Sc.), then working in Ottawa-Gatineau for several years for Environment Canada, I'm delighted to be back at UBC as a staff member (since 2013), volunteer, and a student again! Yes, that's right. I've returned to school to complete my MA in Children's Literature. Following my kidlit passion, in 2017 I published my first kid's book, "Big Blue Forever," about the blue whale skeleton at the Beaty Biodiversity Museum at UBC!
